This Privacy Policy explains how the Betano Android application (package name betanno.betting, hereafter "the App") collects, uses and protects information when you install and use it on your device. By installing or using the App you accept the practices described below.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

The App collects a limited set of technical data needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

Device identifiers — Google Advertising ID, Android ID and hardware identifiers used for attribution and fraud prevention.
Approximate location — derived from IP address, used to verify that the service is available in your region.
Crash logs and diagnostics — stack traces, performance metrics and OS version, used to detect and resolve technical issues.
App interactions — taps, screen transitions and feature usage, used to improve product quality.
Installed apps signal — anonymised flag describing whether companion apps are present (used for fraud prevention only).

The App does not collect names, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, payment details or any other directly identifying personal information. Account-level data entered after the App opens an external website is governed by the privacy policy of that website operator.

To deliver and maintain the App.
To measure marketing campaigns and attribute installations.
To prevent fraud and detect abusive activity.
To improve product quality, debug issues and enhance user experience.

4. Sharing of information

We share the technical data above with the following categories of processors strictly for the purposes listed in section 3:

Attribution providers — Adjust (operated by adjust GmbH, Berlin, Germany).
Crash analytics providers — Google Firebase (Google LLC, Mountain View, USA) if enabled in the build.
Hosting / CDN providers — for serving in-app web content.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Data retention

Technical telemetry is retained for up to 90 days from the date of collection, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us at the address in section 1.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights please contact us at the address in section 1.

7. Children

The App is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it.
